Today's entry marks #50 for my Book of the Week, so I picked a book with the number 50 in it.
It is also because I did sometimes have trouble sleeping at night.
It is NOT a book you read/listen to when you are sleepless though. It is a book that can help you to find a way to sleep better at night.
My plan was to list 10 out of the 50 things from the book: 5 things that I have never heard of and 5 things I know and agree with.
That didn't pan out as I don't remember that much after I finished the book. It was an audiobook and I listened to it when I took my walk.
I checked Goodreads, it has a 3.19 out of 5-star rating, only 26 ratings in total, and 6 wrote reviews.
To celebrate my small victory of recommending 50 books on my blog, I decided to pick my top 15 out of the 50 I recommended.
Each title will lead you to that blog entry so that you can know more about the book. The books listed here are not in a particular order but I saved the best for the last, simply because it is a book written by one of My Wonderful Children,
