Last year, I went to San Francisco twice. I was writing monthly articles at that time so I wrote two articles to recapture those memories.
In August I went with my sister to visit my daughter, her niece, before her wedding. I wrote about that trip in Part One on my blog under the title Travel Talk: San Francisco.
In October I went with my hubby to attend my daughter's wedding. My son went by himself and stayed with his father. I wrote about that beautiful wedding in Part Two on my blog under the same title Travel Talk: San Francisco.
Yesterday, my son boarded the plane to start his brand new career at Google on Monday, Oct. 5. The office is located in Mountain View but he has to work from home until the end of next June. He rented a nice apartment a few months before and he moved in right after he landed. His sister helped him with the settling in. I have mixed feelings toward his leaving Montreal. I am happy for his brand new chapter of his life. What is more gratifying is that he is not far from his sister, who has been the biggest positive influence in his life.
I am looking forward to writing Part Four of Travel Talk: San Francisco when I visit my children in the same city in the near future.
