A Day in the Park

Since last summer, I have learned the importance of "Networking in Nature".

Meaning: when the weather is nice like today, a few of us (we had four to start with, then we had six from the early afternoon), enjoyed a day of playing cards in the park under the warmth of the sunlight.

It was a bit chilly at one point when the sun shied away from us. Luckily it came back so we played until almost dinner time.

We had pizza for lunch and delicious nouilles soba et morue noire at Kazumi Sushi Lounge.

It has 4.5 stars out of 5 from 694 reviews on Google. Some people say this is the best Japanese restaurant in Montreal.

We did all enjoy the food and each other's company.

Before meeting the ladies, I took advantage of my Accès Montréal card and visited Botanical Garden.

I took a lot of photos like every time.

Gardens of Light is starting tomorrow but I was able to see all the exhibitions under the bright sunlight.

I also found a musical swing where one could hear the singing of different birds when moving back and forth.

If I live close by, I would definitely visit the park daily. Such a delightful place.

By the end of the day, it was also a day of 24364 steps, approximately 18.56 km.

A day in the park = A very fruitful pleasant day!

I love it!
