Words of Validation (#6)

I have been posting Word of Validations for the past few Thursdays. The purpose is to show my appreciation for those kind words as well as to illustrate the importance of networking.

Here is the recommendation from Paul LeBlanc, a Career Transition Coach.

An internationally-oriented individual with Executive experience in Administration, Research, Student Affairs, Archives, and university records, Angela He is well-versed in several domains.

Her wealth of expertise in private client services, laboratory entities, and Student Affairs allows her to optimize a broad array of pertinent experiences.

Coupled with a Master's degree in Library/Information Studies, and an affable and effective personality, Angela continues to bring competence, compassion and caring to each of her endeavors.

Having observed first-hand her skills and effectiveness, I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Here is my recommendation of him:

I met Paul through one of the McGill CATS events: PowerSkill 2020. I asked him to be my mentor and he agreed. Paul has been providing very solid advice and clear directions for me. He is patient, dedicated, and very encouraging.

Paul has wealth of knowledge and insights on career coaching and mentoring. He is always focused and engaging. His sense of humor is always appreciated.

I am very fortunate to have him as my mentor during my career transition period. Thank YOU Paul for being a valuable connection in my network and a great mentor!

Networking really helps nourish professional relationships and strengthen personal development.

What is YOUR experience in this aspect?
