Those words are from a card I received yesterday.
A birthday card that also has words like this:

I invited five friends over on Saturday to play cards. We shared a meal at home. At the end of the day, we walked to China Town, joined by four others. We booked a private room and there were ten of us.
We had a lot of laughter over a delicious meal.
Do you know what is the icing on the cake? 🍰🍰🍰
It is a birthday cake 🎂🎂🎂 with candles on, lights off, and a birthday song echoing in the room.
I didn't expect to have 🍰🍰🍰, I didn't expect to have more songs because of the occasion and poem reciting dedicated just to me🌞🌞🌞.
I am flattered as well as deeply humbled by all the attention.
Some words and songs moved me, almost to tears😹😹😹, especially when I replayed those videos.
It is one of the best birthday celebrations I have had in years.
