It started with a warm email that came in at the beginning of a chilly February.
The Toastmasters website needs writers to create traffic and attract new members.
I thought of you. Since you already write every week on your blog, often regarding the club, would you be interested in publishing on the Toastmasters' webpage? It could be the same text or a text that you tweak... It can be a win-win situation: you create more followers and traffic to your personal pages, and the club website stays "fresh" 😀. It could be once a month to start.
Please let me know what you think.
After giving some thought, I decided to take on the challenge. I wrote to some executive members tonight after another energizing meeting including the VP of Education who sent me that encouraging email.
Here is the plan for the coming months:
One article a week, maybe on Mondays for better publicity for our meeting on Tuesdays
The last one on our website was on February 17, I will start one very soon
We can start with recycling some of what I wrote for my blog before (all 1-minute read, general content),
One post each month will be welcoming new members (maybe the last post of the month). We will probably have new members next week
