I reserved the book from the library a few months ago and just got it two weeks ago. I have four weeks to keep the book and I can not renew it since there are people waiting...
The book is not due yet and it is my enjoyable bedtime reading.
James Clear, the author, is "known for his ability to distill complex topics into simple behaviors that can be readily applied to daily life and work". He used real-life examples and stories to illustrate his points. It is easy to follow and easy to remember.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a GREAT read.
