Book of the Week (#52): Finding Ashley

It is one of the 5 books Danielle Steel has published this year.

My reading can not keep up with her writing. This book was out in April and there are two books after already: Nine Lives in July and Complications in August.

I put myself on the waiting list yesterday on my library card, I was ranking #5 and #8.

This Wikipedia page listed a total of 7 books for 2021 and 3 books for 2022, yes, with titles.

The titles of her books are usually short, one to three words on average. Four words for the titles of three books next year is just an example.

The stories are often around relationships, romantic relationships are often at the heart of her stories. The endings are often uplifting.

I feel that might be the key reason that attracts millions of readers.

Danielle Steel has written 190 books, including over 141 novels. Her books have been translated into 43 languages and can be found in 69 countries across the globe.

Finding Ashley is a masterpiece of contemporary drama and tells a gripping story of the strength of the human spirit to chase an impossible dream. It is the story of two strong, brave women turning wrenching loss into reconnection, and a family reunited after bringing dark secrets into the light.

The audiobook is a bit under 9 hours, a few days of listening to it for me.

If you are into reading her books, then find one to start with, there are many ways.
