Uncover the Hidden Riches of Your Dreams with Jungian Analyst Clarissa Pinkola Estés, PhD
It is the first audiobook I borrowed from the library on this subject and I enjoyed listening to it.
It interpreted "dream" as "a letter from home" and some words in this book were beautifully written and worth listening to over and over. Yes, I do intend to borrow it again and read it again.
Here are some words from the book (I believe). I find it from here under someone's five-star review of this book.
Dreams encourage us, they break open our narrowness of vision, they open our tightness of heart. Dreams make us as large as we really are. They give us the world on the terms of our wholeness, rather than on the terms of our woundedness or our smallness. So we have a longing to listen in order to be made whole...
If you are like me, dream often and wonder about the meaning of dreams often. You can start with reading/listenting to this book.
I totally recommend it.
