The book has a catchy title. That is why I borrowed it from the library.
The writer is also a doctor by profession. There are nutrition quizzes at the beginning of each chapter.
Here are some True or False statements that I found both informative and interesting. Write down your answers on a piece of paper and see how many you get right.
