Below is the reason behind this short audiobook.


"Someone once said to me that people are as happy as they make up their minds to be. I believe that happiness is paramount in our daily lives and that everyone feels more comfortable being around a happy person given the choice. I was surprised that there are no book reviews either on Goodreads or Amazon.


I believe that the author listed at least 100 simple steps to happiness in this short and sweet book. I could not find any detailed info about the book on the internet. I didn't take notes either since I listened to it while on the go.
