Are You Ruminating or Reflecting?

I did not even know the word "ruminating" before the weekly came in starting with these questions:

  1. What is the difference between ruminating and reflecting?

  2. How often do you ruminate/reflect?

  3. What do you ruminate/reflect about the most?

I did some Google search and got a better ideas on both concepts. I didn't just stop there. As Table Topics Master at tomorrow's meeting, I attended the Table Topics Practice session tonight, in search for better questions for the meeting.

I gave a speech, got an oral evaluation as well as some written feedback and I also gave an evaluation.

Most of all, I am now well prepared for my role tomorrow evening with the following questions, selected from tonight's session:

  1. You are giving a class on the difference between rumination and reflection, tell us more please
