I did not even know the word "ruminating" before the weekly came in starting with these questions:
What is the difference between ruminating and reflecting?
How often do you ruminate/reflect?
What do you ruminate/reflect about the most?
I did some Google search and got a better ideas on both concepts. I didn't just stop there. As Table Topics Master at tomorrow's meeting, I attended the Table Topics Practice session tonight, in search for better questions for the meeting.
I gave a speech, got an oral evaluation as well as some written feedback and I also gave an evaluation.
