Did you make your New Year Resolutions? Half a year has passed, now is a good time to check your progress, don't you agree?
In My New Year Resolutions (written this January and attached below), I listed my Top Ten to do for the wellbeing of myself in 2020. Here is the list and my report (Texts in RED):
1. Daily steps 10,000 and maintain a 100% success rate; the Success rate is 150%
2. 4 audiobooks and 1 paper book a month; At least 30 audiobooks plus LinkedIn Learning with 85 courses in a month
3. One article per month, latest by 10th of the next month: Yes, working on June article
4. Yoga class every other Saturday, twice a month; Switched to Daily meditations
5. Taking pictures and posting them on Instagram and Facebook; Yes
6. WeChat posting once a month; Yes
7. Toastmasters meetings one week, then playing cards with friends another week after the new job is secured; TM Meetings very week, Online bookclub plus playing cards in the park, still active on the job market
8. Facial appointment once every three weeks; Did at home due to business closure
9. Eat well and healthy; Try one to two times a week of Intermittent Fasting and maintain 130 lb or under, not more; Back to my ideal weight of 125 lb, I am very proud
10. Maintain a positive outlook towards life and stay motivated and practice gratitude on a daily basis; Always and I practice daily gratitude meditation
My thinking is done every day. Because waiting until the end of the year to review the year ended will take me just one more year:) I will be a year behind in my progress. In fact self-reflection does not exist. Since I am constantly becoming other, I can only meditate on becoming and immediate feeling
