When I did a search on my blog "A Rainy Day", I got four "hits", two with the exact wording.
So I added Saturday to today's entry.
I don't use an alarm for weekends; I hope to sleep in a bit when I can. Sometimes I succeeded sometimes I didn't.
I felt lucky when I woke up after 7 this morning. It doesn't really count as "sleep-in" for many people but to me, it counted as sometimes I could wake up one or even two hours before 7 over the weekend.
I followed a new routine that I had developed over the last few weeks: doing a YouTube dance exercise instead of going out for a walk. I like the music and the simple moves. It lasts 27 minutes and serves as an excellent wake-up habit. I like it and I recommended it to a few friends as well.
After breakfast, I did my first French exam and it went well. I rewarded myself with a cartoon movie.
When the rain finally stopped a bit, I went to the swimming pool. There were not more than 10 people and I had one line pretty much all to myself. I am glad the pool is a walking distance and I plan to go once a week despite the weather.
On my way back home, the rain started again, and along with gusty wind, I could barely make it into my building. I felt hailstones on my face. It was harsh.
Nothing feels cozier than a classic movie at home in my la-Z Boy.
I watched Sabrina last night. I treated myself to another classic Rome Holiday tonight. Both are timeless masterpieces.
As a newly joined Cineplex member, I booked my first movie for tomorrow, a movie that just came out two weeks ago: The Menu.
It is an English movie but with French subtitles, just my type and I was the first one to book the ticket.
That will be a treat for tomorrow afternoon as I do need to devote some time to study in the morning.
One down, two more to go. I need BBB for my French and I believe that they are within reach.
So is my next job, it is just around the corner, and I can feel IT.
