There are a lot of changes lately, at work, and at home.
I came across this on LinkedIn and felt it summarized very well the many faces of change.
Knowing when it is time to let go: It could be a much lighter way to start anew
Hurting before it gets better: What does not kill you does make you stronger, we all know that, don't we?
Cutting people out of your life: People who don't serve you the purpose of growing yourself in many ways and people who drag you down to where they are
Setting clear boundaries: Know when to say NO and not feel guilty about it
Choosing YOU over someone else: Put your mask first. You have to take care of yourself first before reaching out to help others
Getting the opportunity to heal: It is paramount to heal and be patient with the process
Protecting your mental health: Mental health is more important than ever
Needing support from others: Living somewhere not far from friends might be an excellent idea
Staring with a clean slate: that might be the best aspect of change
Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending. Zig Ziglar
