“We write to taste life twice, in the moment and in retrospect.” Anais Nin
The first time I came across that quote, it resonates powerfully with me.
I could expand on her saying by adding this: if we read what we write over and over, we could live or taste life over and over.
Life is meant to be tasted, no matter the flavor, to be lived fully, no matter the experience. The beauty of writing is the capture of those moments, the moments that allow you to be present, to be whole.
Fall is my favorite season, "Falling into Fall" is one of my favorite articles. It captures many wonderful moments in my life in the season of color magic.
Attached also includes an article written in Chinese and published in a magazine titled: Eager for Autumn (渴望秋天)
Happy viewing!
