Small Habits

Yes, it is the small habits that can and will change your life.


I try to form great habits that lead to a healthy lifestyle.


Taking a morning walk while listening to InnerFrench has been a habit since last November. I used to take a short meditation before getting up and I haven't done much of that lately. I would like to go back to that, even just for 5 minutes.


Reading before bedtime is always an ideal way for me to relax at night, right after writing my blog, or watching a bit of TV. I need to go to the library often to pick up printed books.


I need to learn to formulate more positive talks for myself.



That is an interesting article about thoughts and reality.


What do I watch? I might watch a movie recommended by my daughter tonight.


I share my energy with people who make me feel good and valued.
