A friend posted this image on Facebook today and it made me reflect on my own mental well-being.
They move on. They don't waste time feeling sorry for themselves. It is a work in progress on letting go and moving on. I do take the time to do things that make me happy so it is easier for me to move on. For example, today I registered for the next badminton session (ten weeks) and I was happy that I even got a discount age-related. 🤣🤣🤣
They embrace change. They welcome challenges. Change has been constant for me for the past few years. I have learned to face challenges head-on. 💪💪💪
They stay happy. They don't waste energy on things they can't control. Being happy is really a conscious choice sometimes. No matter what the situation, focusing on the blessings instead of the burden can make a world of difference. 😀😀😀
They are kind, fair, and unafraid to speak up. I am kind and fair, but I need to work on my courage to speak up sometimes. 🗣️🗣️🗣️
They are willing to take calculated risks. I am not afraid of taking risks but I do need to work on my patience. 🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️
They celebrate other people's success. They don't resent that success. 👍👍👍
How strong are YOU?
