Dancing in November?

I didn't think I would go when I saw that poster someone shared in a little group on WeChat.

I need to study. My French exams are in next week, for real this time.

I canceled my weekly cards-playing game because I said that I have to study this weekend.

I did...study in the morning, in fact, I sat in front of the computer at 8:30 am and did two sets of practice tests.

I was planning to go out, walk to the library, and then walk back. C'est tout.

The sun came out, and with the room temperature climbing up steadily, I felt that I should be outside somewhere under the sun, anywhere.

Nothing beat dancing under the sun by the river, even though it was still a bit chilly with the wind.

While having lunch, I changed my mind about studying in the afternoon. I took the metro and bus and joined a group of crazy dancers.

And I danced for two hours straight.

Most people danced with winter coats on. I did most of the time too.

It is my first time dancing in a winter coat and it was fun.

After a quick dinner, I am sitting down in front of the computer to carry out the rest of my study plan.

I am glad that I could dance under the November sun. Dancing helps recharge my battery and refresh my spirit.

I saw two friends there. Two friends wished they could go if they knew it sooner.

I have to remember to spread the joy next time especially if I decide to go, hopefully not so last minute. Today I decided to go at noon and I started dancing at 1:30. It took about one hour just to get there by metro and bus.

It is totally worth it though. I love dancing, especially outdoors when the sun is shining...
