This is only the second week of August but it feels like summer has started going away...
The weather was perfect this weekend. I took advantage of the nice weather and biked to South Shore. The view of the city from the bridge was amazing. It reminded me of the good old days when I used to bike on the bridge often to go to the other side for sightseeing.
I visited Mall Champlain for the first time in 6 or 7 years and wandered around for 2 hours.
It is one of my favorite activities: window shopping!
Today is more or less about nature. I went to Botanical Garden from 9 to 11. The tranquility of the park is calling me every weekend so I just listened to the calling.
The rest of the day was spent in the backyard of a dear friend. We call the hostess the Queen of Roses as her garden is full of roses.
From 11 am to 8 pm, it was fun, fun fun! We tasted good food and shared lots of laughter.
Five ladies played four decks of cards on this beautiful Sunday.
