If you have read my previous articles about Toastmasters, you will understand why I said that Toastmasters is a journey, A Journey Like No Other.
"Toastmasters is a journey, not a destination" I made that remarks six years into the journey in the attached short article and I could only expand on that statement.
Toastmasters is a beautiful, wonderful, sometimes challenging but ultimately rewarding journey.
It rewards you with supportive networks, trusted friends (yes, I have made quite a few friends through Toastmasters). It grants you a sense of pride and achievement when you finish a path or participate in that contest). It helps you discover your own potential and steers you in the right direction of self-development.
Do you know that in today's world, communication skill is a must, not optional?
After being a happy Toastmasters member for more than seventeen years, I still strongly believe that Toastmasters is a great place to stay, grow, and have fun.
Join us this afternoon, for free, for a fun learning and networking experience.
The icing on the cake? one of the top 8 of the 2020 World Champion of Public Speaking will be speaking at our meeting tonight.
